About Us
Steffi Eckert and Wolfram Kopetz have been united for years by their love for hospitality and delicious dishes. In 2005, the two hosts returned to the Spessartstuben after excursions in renowned international hotels. Since then, they have been leading the house in the 3rd generation, with the active support of the entire family. Their love for nature, combining old and new, discovering new trends in combination with tradition is what drives them to change and reinvent things again and again. Thus, the traditional culture of life of this family business is transferred to the new era.
